Payment

We accept the following payment methods on all U.S. Domestic purchases:

Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card.

We accept the following payment methods on all International purchases:

International Money Order, Certified Bank Check (in U.S. Dollars), Western Union, Wire Transfer, or Paypal.  Please note that all purchases will be shipped after payment is confirmed and cleared through bank institutions.

Return & Exchange Policy

We would like to provide 100% worry free shopping experience for you! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange or refund your money. This does not affect your statutory rights. Should you wish to return the item(s) for any reason, the following conditions apply:

  • All goods must be returned in their original unopened condition and packaging with accessories.  According to US Health Dept regulation, we cannot accept any opened intimate item (lingerie, hosiery…etc) for return.
  • Any worn, soiled, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned and will not have any credit issued upon return.
  • Return/Exchange Authorization Number is required for any return or exchange.
  • Request for return / exchange authorization must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.  Return merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days upon issuance of RA number.  Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges.  
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied on all returns and/or exchanges (except for defective merchandise).
  • Clearance items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 10 days of original date of receipt of goods.
  • Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.  We cannot be held responsible for any return / exchange goods lost in transit. We recommend you to send the package by UPS, FedEx, or Registered Mail, or any other carrier which can provide insurance and tracking capability to ensure your item(s) during transit.
  • Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of goods by PINKROMANCE to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited.
  • We will not make refunds to any third party.
  • Special Return Instructions for Halloween Costumes: Due to the seasonal nature, all costumes purchased in the month of September, October, and November are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. 

Return /Exchange Authorization Procedure (You must request a return authorization for return)

To request a "Return Authorization", please provide the following information via e-mail to
rma@pinkromance.com , including:

• The date of your purchase
• Your Order Number
• The product you purchased (in original condition only - your product will not be accepted for exchange if it is used, worn, stained, scratched, disfigured, broken, etc…)
• The Product you would like to exchange the original merchandise for.

 

When Pinkromance receives the above required information, we can then issue and email a "Return Authorization Document" to you and provide any applicable reshipping costs.

 

Return Shipping Instruction

 

Note: A shipping charge will apply for reshipping the products to you when applicable.

When shipping your products to our warehouse for exchange, please include the following in your package:

• A copy of your original order confirmation
• A copy of your return/exchange authorization document
• A money order or Credit Card Charge Authorization Form (filled and signed) for reshipping costs. You will be notified with the reshipping costs in advance.
• Your originally purchased product(s).

Items returned to us with a post date of more than 37 days after date of delivery to you, will not be accepted.  Nor are we responsible for products shipped to us without A RETURN AUTHORIZATION DOCUMENT and the above-required information enclosed. 

 

Exchange/Return Order Process

 

As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request.  Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within fifteen working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
